User Manual
Activating the Indigo Card: in order to activate the card, that is, to arouse it to action, you need to apply it to your body for a period of about 2 minutes. Then the coil in the card will excite itself through contact with our electromagnetic field. From then on, the card will work for a period of 30 to 33 days.
The card should be placed in the place where we most often stay. There is no possibility of overdose in this case, unlike painkillers.
The card will last us for about 30 days after being induced. After this period, the card should be discarded. Once used, the card is not reusable. The card loses its properties after this period for technical reasons.

We start with the nervous system for a reason. It is disorders in the functioning of the nervous system that cause most diseases. Therefore, let’s often stay near it. During any treatment, do not forget about your nervous system. Your body must not be exploited to the limit. Some illnesses have appeared, start taking care of your nervous system, start going for a massage, to the pool for a walk. As you can see, it is best to start by taking care of the nervous system. The card must be in your environment about 5 hours a day. Then you will see progress quickly.
Chronic joint pain (RA), sciatica, muscle pain.( tourmaline, jasper, orange calcite, lapis lazuli)
Pain, with the exception of post-surgical or post-traumatic, arises as a result of muscle contracture. These, in turn, are caused by irritation of the nervous system. All gym exercises and other heavy exertion are therefore not advisable at that time because it can quite tear or strain the muscles. You will see the first results after a week of therapy. The entire duration of the treatment is an individual matter, depending largely on your lifestyle. However, it will not last longer than 2 months. The key to success is to only stay near the card as often as possible.

Depression like the conditions above is a matter of two months. If you are taking any medications consult your doctor about slowly weaning them off during this particular period. Depression is a state of mind, but in our opinion it is often too soon that such people go to psychiatrists. After all, we have psychologists and weaker medications that an internist can prescribe.
